2. Personal Data We Collect
- Contact data sent via forms (name, e-mail, phone, company).
- Information derived from browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our own and analytics cookies ("analytics.js" from Google Analytics or an equivalent tool).

4. Storage and Security
Data is stored on servers located in Argentina or with cloud providers that use GDPR standard contractual clauses. Axis applies reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, access control, backups).
The consultancy has adopted and will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, and/or access, complying at all times with applicable regulations.
5. Retention of Personal Data
Axis will retain users' personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as long as the user does not revoke the consent granted. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be retained for the period required to cover possible liabilities. In the case of data you provide in relation to job offers you wish to subscribe to, it will be kept for one year from the date of the last update. After this period, if they have not been updated, the data will be deleted.
6. Assignment and International Transfers
We do not transfer data to third parties except for (i) technology providers under a confidentiality agreement and (ii) a legal or judicial obligation. There may be international transfers to countries with an adequate level of protection (Art. 12 Law 25.326) or through standard contractual clauses.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion by sending an email to privacidad@axis.consulting. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, the enforcement authority for Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints. Users are informed that the AAIP is the enforcement body for the applicable legislation and regulations and has the authority to address complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
8. Retention
We retain data as long as a business relationship or consent exists and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, etc.).
9. Cookies
We use technical and analytical cookies. The User can manage or block them from their browser; doing so may affect the browsing experience.
10. Changes to the Policy
We will publish the date of the last update. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
