Disclaimer on incompatibility and conflicts of interest

At Axis Consultora, we strictly comply with the Public Ethics Law 25.188, its regulation (Decree 41/1999), and related standards.

In accordance with this, we inform that:

1 - Dr. Hernán Gargiulo, in his capacity as a public official, preemptively recuses himself from intervening in any matter that:

• Involves the National Public Sector (Art. 8 of Law 24.156, including the Argentine National State, its decentralized or deconcentrated agencies, and companies with state participation), or

• Could create a conflict of interest arising from his public function.

2 - Dr. Juan Manuel Muñoa assumes the professional direction and execution of engagements included in the aforementioned cases, ensuring continuity and confidentiality.

3 - Internal Verification Procedure.

• Each case potentially linked to the National Government will undergo an incompatibility analysis before its acceptance.
  
  

• Dr. Gargiulo will not participate in the evaluation, negotiation, or decision-making related to these matters.
  
  

• We will only proceed if the analysis confirms the absence of legal or ethical impediments and the client is informed transparently.
   

This notice applies generally to all our communications, service proposals, and content published on the Axis Consultora website.
