An attorney from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a Master's in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University and diplomas from various Argentine universities. He has a strong track record in designing and implementing public policies related to strategic sectors, with a special focus on infrastructure, public services, and telecommunications.

He served as a legal advisor in key agencies of the National Government and was a Director at the National Communications Agency (ENACOM), participating in the development and application of complex federal regulatory frameworks. In the private sector, he worked as an associate at the prestigious law firm Baker McKenzie Argentina, handling sophisticated corporate transactions and transnational regulatory counseling.

He was also part of the legal and regulatory team at Bandwidth SA, providing specialized advice on ICT regulations, consumer protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity for projects in the Asia-Pacific and Latin America, assessing operational risks and regulatory compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

His practice combines experience in administrative, corporate, and labor law with a strategic vision aimed at solving legal problems in highly regulated sectors for both public bodies and domestic and foreign companies.

He founded Axis with Hernán Gargiulo in 2022.
