Hernán Gargiulo

Founding Partner. Director of Corporate Affairs.

An attorney from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a Master's in Tax Law from Austral University. He has a distinguished career in the public sphere, having served as Chief of Staff of the Legal Secretariats of the Ministry of Economy and the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nation. Likewise, he held positions as Director of Inquiries and Director of Legal Affairs in various Ministries and National Agencies, leading technical teams in resolving complex administrative conflicts of institutional importance.

In recent years, he has actively participated in debt restructuring processes for the National Government and strategic public companies, as well as in international negotiations with multilateral organizations, including Stand-By Agreements with the International Monetary Fund. He also represented the State as an employer in the institutional relationship with the two main public administration unions.

In the private sector, he has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, advising on commercial transactions, structuring civil and commercial contracts —both local and international— and providing tailored legal solutions in challenging regulatory contexts.

He founded Axis with Juan Manuel Muñoa in 2022.
