He has a strong track record in designing and implementing public policies related to strategic sectors, with a special focus on infrastructure, public services, and telecommunications.<br><\/span><br>He served as a legal advisor in key agencies of the National Government and was a Director at the National Communications Agency (ENACOM), participating in the development and application of complex federal regulatory frameworks.
