Dr. Hern\u00e1n Gargiulo, in his capacity as a public official, preemptively recuses himself from intervening in any matter that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Involves the National Public Sector (Art. 8 of Law 24.156, including the Argentine National State, its decentralized or deconcentrated agencies, and companies with state participation), or\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Could create a conflict of interest arising from his public function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>2 -
